Great coworkers and awesome office space. Lunch was provided. Comp structure was great with accelerators but often times could never get to accelerators. Great young, energetic people to work alongside.

Weak Leadership, poor management. Many times there was change just for the sake of change and no logical reason given. Toxic environment where promotions were not based on performance but rather social hierarchy. Metrics were scrutinized with little regard to effectiveness or style. Metrics were set and often ended up harassing prospects to meet daily/ weekly metrics rather than drumming up business. Quota was unreasonable given the structure of accounts as well as tools to be effective.
