Working at Navan has been a fantastic experience as a first job, I started in the summer and was taken under my Managers and Account Executives wings immediately. During the training and ramp period, they ensure you know what your doing and are comfortable with it, they don't just throw you into the swing of things. My co-workers are now my good friends and everyone could not be more supportive!

There is a lot of change happening at Navan, since it is a newly founded company, and it can be challenge and a bit confusing but, it truly helps your adaptability skills.
