Pros: potential to overachieve, management does a ton of work for your success. Product is best in class with few downsides. Lower Pros: office location is awesome

Svantaggi

Cons: no 401k match, pay is below average and there is a structured salary. Takes 3 years to promote segments regardless of success. Major changes every quarter. Culture is punish rather than encourage. On the lower Cons: getting rid of in-office snacks and drinks, no happy hours (funded by Navan) or yearly kickoffs, gym is inaccessible, frat culture.
