Other's will tell you to watch out and poor leadership, however if you are able to be the one to standout and find solutions to problems, you can grow quick and make good money while doing it.

Toxic employees all around, easy to fall into the mix, do yourself a favor and stay out of it. Goals are intense but achievable if you really hustle, but that is not unique to Navan that is across tech these days.
