Navan is fast paced, that is mentioned in basically every review on here - but most of those changes end up being beneficial. Navan has matured a lot as a company in the 18 months I've been here, when I started it was very much a "we're figuring out how to be an IPO ready company" now it is "We are going to IPO, we have the right people (new C-suite people with experience) to make it happen. Here is how we are going to do it."
