In May this year will have worked for Navartis for 3 years and I can honestly say I have seen the company change so much in that time. One of the main pros for me is investing in their staff. They welcome staff input on suggestions for training and new ideas, but they also follow it up with implementing it. Whether you have been here 3 years or 3 months, Navartis aim to offer the same access to training and development, which goes a long way to making you feel valued as an individual and not just a number in a company.

As with any sales and target driven role it can be very competitive and hard work. The role is very phone intensive and requires a lot from the individual on own initiative and own flair on building the lasting relationships with both candidate and client. The fact that we also work with people, and them having the ability to change their mind or requirements, you need to be resilient and “get back on the horse”.
