      Great training staff and support staff. Penn Mutal Life Insurance company gives individuals a salary supporting staff as you build your business ( you have to hit minimum sales requirements in order to qualify)

      Managers not really interested in people or relationships - more numbers driven. Older agents were only interested in helping if they could get paid, they were not interested in training others or supporting others unless money would be made for them.

      I have/am really enjoyed working at Navigon. The management do a great job of training you as soon as you start. They focus a lot of their time on finding new and better ways to train. As well as helping advisers reach new heights.

      The only downside is the pay. It is commission based and while the upside is massive, it is always hard to reach that potential when you are dealing with clients whom change their mind, or when you have companies that don't want to work with the client. This is not a complaint on them it is just the industry.
