      Commissions and performance measurements structured to promote one company only. Pressure to sell one type of product line. Training on need to know basis and custom cases steered toward other (no teaching one to fish). Micro management without constructive guidance or improvement plan.

      I have/am really enjoyed working at Navigon. The management do a great job of training you as soon as you start. They focus a lot of their time on finding new and better ways to train. As well as helping advisers reach new heights.

      The only downside is the pay. It is commission based and while the upside is massive, it is always hard to reach that potential when you are dealing with clients whom change their mind, or when you have companies that don't want to work with the client. This is not a complaint on them it is just the industry.
