      Saturday Working No Increment No Leaves No talking sense Zero Management They hire developer and Tester just for 6k to 5k salaray.. Nothing to learn If u are late to office for 5 mins....your payment gets deducted Totally Grocery shop environment Even if you die..You have to report it. They treat Developer and Tester as slave They hire you as Developer or as Tester and Assign you a role of support Note- Please dnt join this company....if u want to spoil your career ... happily join it

      Meaningless discipline: - After 3 late mark salary of 4 days will get deducted. - Office open at 9:30 AM, if you come early door remain close to till 9:30 AM. - After 9:30 AM you come to office it will consider as a late mark. - Owner always prefers to takes meeting after 7 PM(Please tell him them when to go home). - Used to call colleague as Sir/Madam. - If your task is not completed on time then ready to escalation from Owner. Not a good place for competitive people. New hires have to work ten times harder to gain trust and attention of the CEO. Totally unfair organization where owners would fall to any level and when the Owner talks to an employee, He exceeded his limit.
