Training is amazing and you can learn how to get past decision makers.

They don't give you time to build

-great exposure to a lot of variety for younger techs to get into HVAC

-Management (many issues) -chaotic dispatching office -Favouritism amongst manager/tech relationships -hours not distributed fairly -zero training on complex systems you’re expected to be an expert in -recently acquired by PE, will only lead to more cuts on training and a shell of what the company once was.
