Vantaggi

Very Independent work. Parts of their management are outstanding, other members can't help you succeed.

Svantaggi

Poor business structure that makes selling a lot less achievable. Future of demand for the luxury sales division is weak. Near 100% of customers are old boomers who are unfortunately dying. This way of selling often overpriced jewelry will prove to have no place in the modern world IMO.

Vantaggi

Good job if you want to be lazy, they’re desperate. They will hire you after a 30 min convo so it’s a good job to use to get money in your pocket while your job hunting.

Svantaggi

I am used to the truth being a bit stretched when accepting a sales jobs- however; I cannot count how many lies were told. I overheard a sales rep also tell the general manager that he does not participate in gossip (face palm) When I hear the world luxury usually it’s 5 digits. I barely saw any luxury items. In my interview I was told that they’re not posted online. A company loans them 30 pieces to sell at a time which are 10s -100s of thousands of dollars and I asked to see them at my interview and was told that I’d see them later….so really are there any luxury items???? I Worked there for a month and never saw anything luxury. Other employees 4 to be exact audibly laughed when I told them I’d be working remote. Nobody ever makes it. When I calculated how much people sold on average per day- it seems like you’d have to wait at least a year to be remote if you’re lucky and apparently they recently raised the sales goal for remote workers .They have 2 hiring classes a month- so how come their call center room is so small? Who do only 30 sales reps work there?? Sounds like they run through sales reps like TP- it makes the timeshare industry look better. I compared the jewelry that was sold to places like target and it’s about the same in quality- just less gaudy. Their stones are discolored as heck. They run through employees like toilet paper The recruiter offered me ten thousand dollars more on the base salary than what was offered at my first interview. I was told that I couple come back after a family tragedy that almost resulted in a death- and they don’t communicate with me. Lunch is 30 minutes but if you’re not on right away within 30 mins you will be scoulded. The trainer tells you one thing- suddenly you’re handed off to an overbearing supervisor without a heads up. It’s genuinely insulting to put highly experienced professionals in a call center unable to make commission they need to pay their bills for a month When you ask people to review your calls- they won’t. I asked for weeks. I tried to build a book of business in my call center hiatus that would be more profitable in the long run. Why would you take consultative sellers and add them to your call center ? Also really look at trust pilot and see what people have to say….
