My co-workers are smart, enthusiastic, and conscientious. Near Earth has the best balance I've seen of small startup flexibility and corporate stability and structure. There's enough process and departments in place that you have resources to help you with whatever you need to do (Like travel bookings, purchasing, IT, accounting, graphics, etc.) but things happen incredibly quickly, without a drawn out approval process. I love the unified commitment that people here have to the mission and future of the company. I've never heard anyone say, "That's your problem". The team knows that we all succeed together and help out however possible.

It's a dynamic, responsive environment. If you get thrown for a loop when plans have to change based on new information, you may be happier in a larger, slower moving organization.
