Thoughtful and entertaining work environment.

Mostly work remote if not based in Mexico

Lots of extracurricular events and a strong community of coworkers. It's still a small company that operates like a family. Great people to work with and you will easily get to know and be comfortable with everyone from top to bottom of the entire company.

Not very competitive in salary. Not very many benefits at all if you are a contractor. As a contractor, if you don't work, you don't get paid. Simple as that. No paid sick leave, holidays, or paid time off.
