The company is in a big mess (because of the hypergrowth), which brings a lot of cons. First, there's a horrible work-life balance. They expect you to work 24/7, and you'll basically have no life. Also, the direction is not clear most of the time, and it seems that the management doesn't know what they want (alongside the fact that the company is hiring inexperienced managers). So the chaos continues , and it will take time until they become an organized corporation. Until then, the employees are the ones who are going to suffer. My recommendation is to stay away, because your soul is more important than money (which probably will go on therapist's after working in this company)
