They will focus more on this rather than your actual job responsibilities and achievements.

The company focuses a lot on moral and team building so the people you work with genuinely feel like family.

Due to the small size of the company in comparison to some of it's competition, the lack of procedure can be at times frustrating, but from what I've seen, changes are already in place to make that is an issue of the past.
