Nectar by design has a high turn-over rate. This is done to keep bottom line/ROI of their company high - ie, big profits for those who are on top. Currently, aside from the VPs, there are no designers or engineers of any kind that have been at the company full time for longer than 2.5 years. This should be a big red flag. Nectar has essentially made themselves a great "stepping stone" company. If you want to grow at a company, this is not the place for you. Within the past year or so (in a company of about 17 full time employees), 3 new hires were fired within 3 months and 3 new hires quit within 4 months.
