Good workplace - Recensione dipendente - Logistics Intern presso Nedstar

I would like to share my positive experience as an employee at Nedstar BV. During my time there, I had a wonderful experience and can confidently say that the company takes excellent care of its employees. One of the things that I appreciated about working at Nedstar was the friendly atmosphere that pervaded the company. The employees were all very welcoming and helpful, and there was a strong sense of camaraderie among us. This was fostered by the various activities that Nedstar organized for its employees. I found that there were many opportunities to develop skills and pursue interests at Nedstar. The company encourages employees to take initiative and start their own projects, and provides the resources and support necessary to make them successful. This kind of encouragement and support fosters a culture of innovation and creativity, and makes Nedstar a great place to work.

Although Nedstar BV offered a friendly atmosphere and good opportunities for employee development, there were some downsides to working there. The high pressure environment and (sometimes) need to work outside of office hours made achieving a work-life balance challenging.

1. There is a great vibe at the company. The team is eager to take up projects people are hepful and friendly. 2. The location of the office is magnificent: at the canal in the beautiful historic centre of Amsterdam 3. Everyone is the team gets a high amount of freedom and autonomy in their work. The standard for the work that is delivered is high though. 4. Nedstar's international network of partners and clients requires its employees to travel frequently. Iget the chance to see parts of the world I would otherwise not have traveled to.

Because we work with partners and clients all over the work, some of the work takes place outside of 9-to-5 office hours. If you manage this well, you can have a good work-life balance, but there is a challenge there.
