A job here will be good if you're first starting out in sales, or if you're a current high school student. The people here are good people to work with--some more than others--but that's with any job. The discount you receive on merchandise is good, especially on certain holiday sales.

Management is starting to professionally dwindle. There has been quite a couple scenarios where backlash would be talked about employee(s) from the mgmt level, among other things, and the atmosphere can sometimes make you think twice in working here.
