Nice upper management, good amount of freebies as gratis in fragrance, hours were decent.

Svantaggi

Other salespersons were vicious, catty, backstabbing and were horrible and would literally steal sales away from you in front of you. The salespeople would circle and hover near clients and cause of level of discomfort for clients. You have to be on the phone constantly with clients and convince them they need to buy from you all the time. The downside is the high return which will cut into your commissions and you will have to dig yourself out of a hole which is frustrating.

* If you have an amazing team and management the day goes by fast. * Commission. * Easy to rely on foot traffic to meet goals. * If you ask for growth, they set thing ups that align with what you want, you just need to ask.

* If its slow, its SLOW. * There can be drama, it just depends on the department you're in.

A toxic environment where sales are almost zero because vendors are pulling their product off the shelf because their bills aren’t getting paid. They’re in the middle of coming out of a bankruptcy , if a client does come in, we usually don’t have the product to sell them ,only lines who are partially thriving is fragrance ! The hours are terrible. You get off work at nine and you’re expected to be back at 9:30 AM.
