Great employee discount, a generally good management team.

Unfortunately low hourly as low commission rate, there is not a good amount of food traffic in then store I worked at to cultivate a client book, the only successful sales people had previous clients from former sales jobs that they brought with them. A horrible upper management- they play favorites, as well they are blind to the unhappiness of there staff. They have NO idea what the associates feel. The lack of appreciation!

* If its slow, its SLOW. * There can be drama, it just depends on the department you're in.

A toxic environment where sales are almost zero because vendors are pulling their product off the shelf because their bills aren’t getting paid. They’re in the middle of coming out of a bankruptcy , if a client does come in, we usually don’t have the product to sell them ,only lines who are partially thriving is fragrance ! The hours are terrible. You get off work at nine and you’re expected to be back at 9:30 AM.
