Neiman Marcus is continuously changing policies and procedures. Employee opinions in the area of what they can do to make things better for the customer and employees are welcomed. The hours that are provided are very flexible. Pay is pretty average for amount of information that is needed to perform job. Benefits like 401k and Health/Life insurance is provided. Y

I would suggest more information on products on the website. As far as accurate sizing and maybe even a customer review. Better explanation of sales that is not so confusing for customer. It is hard to take time off especially during the holiday season to spend with family.

A toxic environment where sales are almost zero because vendors are pulling their product off the shelf because their bills aren’t getting paid. They’re in the middle of coming out of a bankruptcy , if a client does come in, we usually don’t have the product to sell them ,only lines who are partially thriving is fragrance ! The hours are terrible. You get off work at nine and you’re expected to be back at 9:30 AM.
