Flexible hours (if you have an agreeable manager), the discount is okay (30%), most of the managers I have dealt with are very kind and compassionate people and know how to treat their immediate staff well

Unfortunately this is not a job where you have much mobility in the company as well as heavy work load and unbelievably low pay/compensation. The executive team says that their is a 9 month period before you can move into another position within the company. But they do not feel similarly when they desperately need someone to do a job such as be a stylist assistant. Strangely enough this stylist assistant job which has much less work associated with it, has a higher pay than service ambassadors. The type of work associated with being a service ambassador includes BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO doing returns, working customer service, desk managing two or more phones at a time; including a curbside / in-store pick up phone and a general inquiries phone(where calls are aimlessly directed to us from online customer service) Much of the stores associates rely on us to do the heavy lifting (such as putting their unsold items away) though they are making the big bucks! After each day of work my feet are swollen and sore. It is unbelievable the amount of duress that they put us under to make quota for the day but do not feel the need to compensate us properly or give us incentives as they do two sales associates, when we feel as if we are the backbone and the face of the store! How can this be a Luxury store when you treat SOME of the hardest working employees like we work at a McDonald’s!? Also the clientele are SO rude and entitled it actually has made me cry on several occasions.
