Working for NM gave me access to some of the best brands in luxury fashion. The exposure and educational element of it was amazing. .

Unfortunately, those positives were heavily outweighed by an incredibly toxic soul destroying environment. Bullying was rampant and on no fewer than three occasions did I witness both racist and homophobic remarks that were made by sales associates who were in fact reported but weren’t held accountable. To make matters worse, this company’s technology is way behind and makes doing the simplest tasks frustrating. Customers get frustrated because this affects their experience. Working for NM was the most disappointing work experience of my life. It was emotionally, physically and mentally taxing

A toxic environment where sales are almost zero because vendors are pulling their product off the shelf because their bills aren’t getting paid. They’re in the middle of coming out of a bankruptcy , if a client does come in, we usually don’t have the product to sell them ,only lines who are partially thriving is fragrance ! The hours are terrible. You get off work at nine and you’re expected to be back at 9:30 AM.
