The culture is great, definitely enjoyed the benefits, one of which was the 30/30 discount.

Svantaggi

Not a lot of room for growth opportunities, that includes executive management roles. The reason being is because there isn't a lot of turnover, especially in upper management positions. I new several people, that had 30-40 years tenure with the company and had no desire to retire or step down from their positions. My own boss, was pretty much in a career holding pattern.

A toxic environment where sales are almost zero because vendors are pulling their product off the shelf because their bills aren’t getting paid. They’re in the middle of coming out of a bankruptcy , if a client does come in, we usually don’t have the product to sell them ,only lines who are partially thriving is fragrance ! The hours are terrible. You get off work at nine and you’re expected to be back at 9:30 AM.
