Great team. Everyone is super friendly and willing to help. If you want to work in luxury retail I would say this is a perfect first step to see if you like the environment and team dynamic. There is no sales quota but you are still expected to sell and aid in achieving the store sales goal.

Svantaggi

I would say the only con is maybe the management. But it wasn't anything too bad. Sometimes you are expected to do a lot but if you just do what your manager tells you what to do you'll be fine.

* If you have an amazing team and management the day goes by fast. * Commission. * Easy to rely on foot traffic to meet goals. * If you ask for growth, they set thing ups that align with what you want, you just need to ask.

* If its slow, its SLOW. * There can be drama, it just depends on the department you're in.

A toxic environment where sales are almost zero because vendors are pulling their product off the shelf because their bills aren’t getting paid. They’re in the middle of coming out of a bankruptcy , if a client does come in, we usually don’t have the product to sell them ,only lines who are partially thriving is fragrance ! The hours are terrible. You get off work at nine and you’re expected to be back at 9:30 AM.
