Inclusive team oriented environment. Supervisors give suggestions or ideas instead of criticism and error shaming. The office gets down to the work they love and listen to headphones while doing it. Timelines and project schedules are important so knowledge of what you can and cannot do will be tested quickly. It is a learning environment and they encourage vacation time and there is flex schedule available. Giving back to the community is a bonus for the heart strings.
