No pros at all having too much work pressure in this company

It's a greedy company first of all taking security deposit for safety purpose for their and when the employees want to leave the organisation at that time they won't return the security deposit.This same scenario happens with one of the former employees who have worked over there and right now they have left the organisation because of tauchering and all. And even they are not giving the salary to the employee also when employees want to left the company and then this stupid company saying us new rules in front of employees by saying that complete the work when employee is in notice period and even they are not even accepting notice period also. So guys dont destroy your career at all in this Stupid and Idiotic company.

Smooth work flow, outings, good growth learning as well as salary
