It is satisfying to see the projects I work on translate into products used by hospitals all over the world. Employees that do a good job are given additional responsibilities and promoted. Overall, it's a very nice place to work. I'd like to work here until I retire.

Some employees could be more committed.

Strong team with good collaboration and a teamwork mindset.

Lack of coherent company values and vision, lack of efficient systems and processes, tenure carries more weight than merit.
