I love how NeoDyne is owned by the staff and promotes from within. It means the management understand the engineering challenges we all face, and how to provide a culture where engineering thrives. The engineering ownership also means there is no push for profits. The culture is to look after the staff and help our customers, as long as the projects make enough money to do that, everyone is happy. The work is challenging but unbelievably gratifying, and everyone is trusted to do their part. We are always pushed just beyond our current capabilities, which has created a real growth mindset within the company.
