      The work is good and interesting. The brands NeoNiche works with give exposure. Co-workers are friendly.

      The HR doesn't seem to have clarity and precision in her role. There is no or minimal recognition of your work. Have never seen any promotions happening. Attrition is high but nobody seems to care.

Except the one thing they claim to have a HEART. They've some AI generated full form for it. But it is a myth at best.
