I wish I had more positive feedback to share, but my experience was ultimately defined by poor communication and a clear lack of initiative from management. I would often go days without receiving responses and had to send repeated follow-ups just to keep projects moving forward. Creators were also frequently paid late, which appeared to stem from ongoing financial instability within the company.
There was little to no effort from management to schedule consistent 1:1s, provide meaningful check-ins, or have constructive conversations around performance, growth, or career development. The environment felt disengaged rather than supportive, and overall professionalism was lacking. Unfortunately, there was also no clear path for growth, advancement, or raises. Based on my experience, I would not recommend working here. Also everyone here is insanely underpaid.
