The salaries are disproportionately low! Very few opportunities to advance but you're always expected to have an increased number of responsibilities (without much of a pay raise to go with it). They do not provide their employees with the proper training and resources to do their jobs well, and to make things worse, management does not effectively communicate necessary information! There is no discipline - some employees, and even managers, will speak to co-workers in a very demeaning, belittling, or even cruel manner with no punishment. And if the victim tries to speak out against it they are typically threatened by their manager and/or HR. Essentially this company squeezes every drop of energy from their employees that they can without gratitude or considering their well-being. Most people work here for a couple of years just to gain experience and then move on to something worth their time and effort!
