None. Company lunch to attract so called "work from home" workers to be present in the office.

Bias, Favoritism towards people who are "bootlickers". Barely anyone shows up to the office, they apprently work from home doing nothing and they lay off workers who actually show up and get the job done everyday onsite. It's just a bad company to work for and can never expect to have job security. Everyday you will be worried if you will have a job tomorrow. The whole management team is just not good. The bossman will appreciate people who show up for a couple hours just for the free food but don't care about workers who show up daily. They promise promotions and growth but will just let you go for no good reason.
