Fast paced startup environment, never a dull day here at Neozene! As any startup will tell you, we have our growing pains. Some processes have not been perfected, but anyone who claims that they are perfect is only hurting themselves. Unfortunately our industry is very results/numbers driven and as a startup, if you are not making your quotas, you will likely be let go. It's a hard reality for some people to deal with as you can see by the negative reviews, but that's the truth. The people who were let go were given ample time to learn and make mistakes.
