Every day there is a learning in terms of technology & they allow everyone to learn and implement new technologies and seniors do entertain fresh talents and suggestions from any other employees. ex: i have discussed with my senior about some new concept which may help the product i am working, he did consider my concept and i was told to do more R&D on the same and im now working on it. And its not the first time, since 60 days i am working in the company since then i have not experienced any odds here.
