Lack of training and support for new hires. It is very difficult to be put on the sales floor without the help and support of management.

Hello, Thank you for your review. Offering great benefits to our employees is important to us and we are happy to read you are enjoying them. Training is also part of the benefits package. At Nespresso, training our customer-facing employees is essential. We have a dedicated team of Regional Retail Training & Quality Specialists that conduct classroom training on a regular basis in addition to the in-store training delivered for new hires, during the onboarding program. We are investing time and the necessary resources to build a robust training model to support our retail, trade and CRC employees.
