We strive to develop and promote our talent from within and we’re proud to be able to allow employees career advancement and mobility throughout the Nespresso and Nestle organizations. I would suggest working directly with your manager to discuss your desire to grow as well as reassessing your current hours. I am not aware of any benefit reductions and recommend that you contact your HR Business Partner with any concerns.
