Salary, comprehensive training, free coffee/machine, pictolite is great (in concept, when it works)

Very up-selly. Point of sale/till system is atrocious and needs updating - causes so many problems that could so easily be resolved. Cashing up is done manually, employees have to keep their receipts for the day on a little clip.
