Best manager I’ve ever had, good pay, good company mobility in the retail aspect, fun, good but not great products, great customer service and satisfaction though. Will gladly do anything to streamline customer engagement and satisfaction, wonderful employee motivation and rewards for good work!

A LOT of rules and training and guidelines that employees must follow, fairly rigid, the upper class customer focus does lead to a few less than stellar guest expirences but that happens in every retail job
