First, thank you for your many years of service at Nespresso! I couldn’t agree with you more, Nespresso really is a “company with great product and passionate employees.” Our people as you mention, yourself included, are what make Nespresso great. I’m so glad you also mention B Corp – sustainability is at the heart of our business – and our recent certification only further cements our commitment to this. To your point on our systems, we are constantly working to improve our technology across our global network, including our POS system and I have no doubt that together, we will strengthen and “simplify” the business even more. You mention our Pulse surveys and I agree these have a tremendous value and we will continue to conduct these with the aim for not only “continuous improvement” but more importantly to hear the VOICE of our people. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you ever have ideas on ways in which we can improve on this or any other topics.
