Vantaggi

Great co-workers. Friendly. Most of the management was wonderful and quite approachable. Great benefits. Great pay. Bonuses were OK, but iffy at times. Flexible. Work from home when needed.

Svantaggi

Politics, Politics, Politics. It is like a Jerry Springer Episode on a daily basis there - hard to focus with all the gossip going around. People constantly complaining Laziness and co-workers pawning off work to others. No accountability. Unorganized. Unsure of what the next change in the org was going to be - it was so random at times, it was scary to say the least. Training was not consistent - had to beg at times or kiss up to management. Revolving door - many come and go (wonder why?) A lot of unhappy folks in the support organization.

Vantaggi

Amongst the top companies in the data storage industry = company stability.

Svantaggi

If you'd ask me a year or 2 ago, I would have given the company 5 stars. But, as with most tech companies now, they've started to follow the trend of return to office, regardless of logic. There's little to no room for exceptions and the company would rather sacrifice productivity regardless if they know the hardships for people living in metros (one way commute to the NY or SJC office can take 2 hours one way!) - that and there's no commuter benefits. You have to pay out of pocket and live in fear of not receiving your bonus if you miss the "thrive together" quarterly requirements.
