NetApp always want to do the "right thing" for customers, employees and shareholders. There is emphasis on the positive culture which includes ethics and standards of conduct that everyone is expected and does adhere to. The company is well organised and knows what its products and services are and how to sell them to customers and with partners. Many of the roles are challenging and everyone is expected to take responsibility for themselves and work collaboratively with others. I recommend NetApp both as company to work for or to do business with.

Needs to be more proactive with planning and execution. Often relies too much on the good-will and excessive working hours of the responsible employees.

Amongst the top companies in the data storage industry = company stability.

If you'd ask me a year or 2 ago, I would have given the company 5 stars. But, as with most tech companies now, they've started to follow the trend of return to office, regardless of logic. There's little to no room for exceptions and the company would rather sacrifice productivity regardless if they know the hardships for people living in metros (one way commute to the NY or SJC office can take 2 hours one way!) - that and there's no commuter benefits. You have to pay out of pocket and live in fear of not receiving your bonus if you miss the "thrive together" quarterly requirements.
