I have had the opportunity to learn a lot and face responsibilities that have contributed significantly to my professional development.
The remote concept allows a very adequate level of flexibility. In addition, SCRUM-type project management allows for continuous feedback and adequate communication between team members.

It is not a disadvantage as such, but because the company is relatively new, it still has a lot of growing and organizing to do. In the short time I have the feeling that sometimes they want to cover more than what is realistic. This is not all bad, in fact it is very motivating because the goal is worthwhile. I see this rather as a potential for improvement and I am sure that with the right team and good motivation it will be possible to achieve it in the short term.
