- Don't pay on time, employees salaries get late more then two months. - Current employees looking for the opportunity to leave. - They don't clear previous employees dues even when they left company. - Most of the projects delivery get delay because of CEO interruptions . - They don't have clear visions and goals, always looking for new investors and new stupid business ideas. - They talk very well to convince clients, investors and interview candidates.
