Not even sure where to start here - Netech is an incredible company that has been experiencing 25% organic growth for the past 7 straight years. It is a very flat organization, so no politics, not a lot of layers of middle management. They promote from within and invest in their employees. The company provides some amazing perks and has a family oriented culture.

Should offer more vacation to employees coming on board, but there is always room for negotiation in the offer process.

I've been with Netech for 2 years in a senior engineering role. I find that overall the professionalism of the employees is top notch, and some very highly skilled individuals bring a lot to the table. Senior management is top tier. A very family oriented company.

A bit disorganized from branch to branch. Needs to work more like a single team rather than individual branches.
