Company with a great potential. Really good atmosphere and co-workers ready to help each other. I really also enjoyed the flexibility and the dog-friendly office in the center of Barcelona.

My advice would be to continue improving open communication and to encourage the management to establish an environment of open and honest communication to build trust.

Delayed Payments to Suppliers: Constant delays in paying suppliers result in blocked orders and frustrated clients, directly impacting employee performance and client satisfaction. Discrimination and Unethical Practices: Evidence of discriminatory treatment towards employees, including unjustified disciplinary actions and dismissals. Micromanagement and Favoritism: Leadership is chaotic, with decisions often made based on personal bias rather than merit or logic. Some employees are penalized harshly, while others are allowed to coast. Outdated Systems: The company wasted significant resources (over €500,000) on implementing the wrong Salesforce version due to poor decision-making at the senior level.
