Management is never clear about which policies they need to follow. The policies keep changing almost in each quarter. The projects are already delayed when you start working on them so you always have to be in hurry. They sign a bond with you and keep your original degree with them for 6 months. Salary raise is a rare thing and if you get it then they will act like they are doing a very big favor to you. Employees keep getting terminated. I have seen more than 30 terminations in a month of people who were freshers and hired just before couple of months. Don't go here if you have any other option.
