Pay is no longer competitive particularly in Shared Services, not enough perm jobs (Shared Services uses secondments and FTCs even when perm vacancies exist!), questionable re-org decisions made by those who don’t seem to know what are jobs actually are, job titles/description not fit for purpose, poor management and senior leadership, previous perks (such as paid residential trips for team building/training) are long gone!
