Very organized workflows, clear guidelines and processes, well-defined roles, predictable schedules, strong emphasis on discipline and consistency, easy to understand expectations.

Too much structure can limit creativity, less flexibility in approach, slower decision-making, limited room for experimentation, learning can feel rigid at times.

I got to work with various python libraries and framework which helped me improve my technical and problem-solving skills specially in fields of GenAI and Computer Vision. The team was supportive, approachable, and always encouraged learning. The work environment was professional yet friendly.
