This company cares about their employees to a greater degree than any company I have ever worked with.

Due to the remote nature of their work, you don't have an opportunity to interact with co-workers as much as if we worked in an office setting

Able to work from home remotely.

Toxic company culture. No work life balance. Onboarding is nonexistent with expectations that are constantly changing without notice. Leadership is lacking communication, direction and training. The staff is fearful of leadership.
